Down 3 pounds! Yippee !! Southbeach always pays off for me if I can make it through the strict phase one, smooth sailing after that but the weight comes off slower( but at least it still comes off) 8 more days left in phase 1, pretty confident I can do it now that I am seeing the fruits of my labor. I get plenty to eat and never feeling hungry.....miss the sweets but they're what got me here in the first place. I like them but they don't like me, so I gotta let 'em go.......
