Starting this morning of with a nice big glass of ice water. Haven't had breakfast yet Probably just going to have a yogurt or something. Usually by now I would already be drinking my first soda. I'm really fighting that urge...

Soda is an addiction I actually kicked, I can hardly believe it myself. You can do it. Nothing can be a substitute for water. If you stick with it, you will learn to crave water instead. Hard to believe but true. Now if i could only do the same with chocolate! LOL
