Well, looking back at December, I did an OK job of not over-indulging during the holidays. According to the sheer numbers of calories in vs. calories out, I SHOULD have lost 6 pounds but I am staying steady around 191 +/- a couple pounds fluctuation each day. I need to figure out what I'm not doing and I NEED to start loggin my calories on the weekends. That's just part of my New Year's resolution to lose 30 pounds by my birthday, June 6. I can do it if I am just a little more strict with myself.
