Went to Antwerp! (City in Belgium).



I'm under 60kg now :) (59.8kg/131.84lbs now)
The last time that I've been under 60 kgs was in September 2012. I went on a diet for 2-3 months and then gave up and gained everything back...
The last time I've been at this weight without dieting was in 2010 or 2011, when I was 17-18 years old. Haha this feels like going back in time! (even though it's only 3 years)

You want to keep things manageable in the long term. It's somewhat annoying that one can't edit their comments so sorry for posting separately but that's how ideas come to me some times :P

Haha it's okay. :D And yeah I really have to watch myself, last year I did everything "perfect" and then ended up binging on Doritos and junkfood until I was back at 68kg/150lbs. But I really can't have Doritos now cause when I eat 1 piece I'll have the whole bag haha

Thanks! And sorry that I'm posting so much on FS, my family & most of my friends don't even know that I'm on a diet right now so I can't tell them everything I'm posting on here :p

Don't feel bad about posting anything on here, this is a support system and your buddies want to hear what you have to say! Congrats on the weigh loss and the will power! I hate when I drive past a fast food restaurant, because you can always smell the food... I know my body doesn't want it, but my brain tries to tell me otherwise!

That happens to me too Blue Box, the worst thing about, especially when you're hungry (occasionally happens) is to smell the food on some fast food restaurant or, even worse, going in there because people you know are going to eat there lol. It's good to have something in your stomach on those occasions.
