Well I had a pretty good day at the gym. Ran for 45 mins. my longest yet!! So that makes me very happy. I just hope the weight well start to fall off b/c I am running. :) I am baking a cake right now before I sit down to watch some football, so I am sure that doesn't help the weight loss lol. But I will probably have a couple peices and then take it in to work and share with them. Tomorrow I plan to go back to the gym and do some weights even though I hate lifting.

How long have you been working out now? I hear it takes about 6 weeks to start noticing a difference with the gym, and for the weight to start melting off. Has it been 6 weeks yet?

Well I have been off and on...I ran a couple of days a week during the fall, but once it started to get cold outside I stopped...then I would run a couple of days at the gym...I have been running more regularly for the last few weeks...I just never seem to see the scale really move. The one time it would move I was working out hours a day for a workout competition (by hours I mean 2-3 hours per day...crazy I know) Someone did tell me that they noticed that I have lost weight in my face...not sure the time frame they were referring to. If it was since the beginning of last year, I have lost 20 pounds...if it was the beginning of the school year, I really haven't lost that much.
