November 30th, the end of a month of Holiday horrors at the dinner table. Well ho ho ho the Holidays are upon us. can I make 31 days of portion control the topic of the month.....? Actually I hope to just survive December and NOT start the year where I left off last year! I had a V shape weight loss plan. Guess I can blame Covid! lol
