Bye Bye 2013 and Welcome 2014. I didn't make my goal of ending 2013 at 170 but when I look a little closer - gotta give myself a thumbs up. This day one year ago - I weighed in at 203 lbs. So this 174.4 today is a very good thing.
Still have 20 lbs to shed in order to meet my 2014 weight loss goal. I'm ready!
