I am following the simply filling technique on the new Momentum plan with Weight Watchers. I will admit I was very nervous about it, but find it is working well. I have only gone 1 week without a loss. This a.m. I was down 4.1 which blew me away. That makes almost 20 since I started back on WW in 10/2008.
