today wasn't a healthy day.... but it was a good day in general. got a walk in (that's two days in a row wootwoot!), spent some time with some folks I enjoy, finished a bit of research... but I have got to get shaking! I know there is always an excuse, but I am not getting shaking on the week of thanksgiving, so, soon! :)
