Day 3 of working out, when it's starting to become a routine it kinda loses its magic, doesn't it? :P

If there are some geeks out there trying to get fit, you should definitely read Nerd Fitness' blog.
This blogger is a fitness instructor that compares fitness with The Legend Of Zelda, The Matrix,...
And also "normal" posts like "Stop doing that. Seriously!"

If you're already a fan of Nerd Fitness you should also join the NF group I started on here. :P

Well, I'm off, going to do NF's Beginner Body Weight Circuit Workout!

I'll need to check that site out, thanks! How was Wii Sports? Did you end up boxing?

Couldn't find the controllers :( I'll have to buy new ones or ask one of my friends if I can borrow theirs for a while. I was really looking forward to it though! I remember when I played it every day and it's really not a game for couch potatoes haha

I played Wipeout: The Game for Wii a couple months ago and I remember over exaggerating the moves to make sure the Wii would catch everything I did... definitely not for couch potatoes!!

Did you like Wipeout? Seems like a fun party game. :D And Wholefoodnut, you should join your grandsons, according to the internet it burns a lot of calories! Haha

I absolutely loved playing Wipeout! Probably for the wrong reasons though. :P The controls were horrible!! So it was a lot of fun for everyone to screw up and get "mad" at the game. :D We're an easy going group of people, but if you play with really competitive people, they might get frustrated with the unresponsive controls.
