Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!


Okay so Monday's test results were a serious blow and I have been dragging behind the wagon all week. But NO MORE!!! Today I WILL be good. Tomorrow I think I may have a fast during the day. I would today but I have yoga tonight and I don't think I should go into my first day back with yoag with too few calories. Somebody please, give me a hand up into the wagon! :)

Old Man Scale: Um yeah, I TOTALLY let go all week and he is letting me know it. I am not sharing the number right now as I want to give myself a few days to lower the number first. If I am not back down by Sunday morning I will record whatever he tells me.


January Goals:
Ceiling: 12lbs to 230, Mid-range: 9lbs, Floor goal: 7lbs (235)

Next Mini: 235!

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 4 cups a day

You're already changing your habits and getting back to exercise. On a more serious note. You have those results now. You KNOW how important this is. (in governator voice again) DO IHT! I don't know what your tests were, Sima, but I know my doctor's have told me that losing weight helps with a multitude of health problems! You can do this, girlfriend!!

You will get better, Sima, don't worry. You'll get back on track and you will reach your goals and your tests will improve. Just give it time. I needed the shocker to get me on track too when I started, but with time everything is back to normal. Just keep focused. You can do it!
