i can't believe that after the holiday's and totally ditching my workout plan and diet plan that I just weighed in at 147! I'm in shock! Now it's time to loose even more :)
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
