Exhausted or Sick
Woke up this morning feeling completely like crap...Body feels like a truck hit me (could be from dancing last night), extremely tired (doesn't help I haven't been home all week at night with meetings and exercising), I have been in the bathroom all morning (lot's of added veggies???)
Or I'm SICK!!
all of thee above wouldn't be so bad to deal with except I have to work with my boss today who is an extreme energy drainer....and of course I have a PTO meeting tonight which is another energy drainer.
Think I may need to make up some errands to run today....
Exercise Latin class was wonderful last night...love the Weds class because it's more on technique which I desperately need...can't turn for the life of me...

B - Oatmeal with One cup of milk, cinnamon S - V8 Juice L - 6oz Vanilla Yogurt, Grapefruit S - Carrot Sticks D - Brown Rice, Grilled Zuccini
