The great low-carb wine experiment begins! 22lbs in 2 months, and I need a little break. Since mixing fat and alcohol sounds like I would just store every last gram of fat, and I find the idea of eating high carb food nauseating after 2 months in ketosis, it's only logical that I should have wine for dinner... right? Come on, it's metabolically sound!
