Fat Smash
Well I have just finished day 3 of my detox phase of FS. It is going actually really well and I'm enjoying every moment of it. I did find out I really have to eat every 3 to 4 hours or I get really edgy and the stomach really growls.
To tired to write....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Well, good job for making it to day 3 thats great. You are suppose to eat every 2-3 hours, my friend made a copy of the book for me, be sure your eating 3 small meals and 3 snacks every day for phase 1. 9 days goes by so fast. At the end of the 9 you'll see you've lost anywhere from 5-7lbs thats the super boost that kept me going. Keep up the good work*
