For 9 days I've been strict with my eating and doing my at home workouts and my 15 minute jump rope every day! I'm new to this exercising AND proper eating, do you give yourself a break for working out or just keep going?! I do plan on doing my 15 minute jump rope every day though.

Just stick to around 1300 to 1400 cal per day and do your normal activity throughout the day and you should see one and a half to 2 pounds a week come off. Any extra activity/exercise Will help even more and tone you as you lose. It seems the less you weigh the harder and longer it takes to pull the weight off! Looks like you are on the right path though! 😃 Stick with it, it will happen!

Alright I definitely am sticking between 1100-1400 calories a day! Thank you for your input love!! 😄
