A familiar story to me. I got sick and nauseous and wanted only starches and sweets. There is the result, one I can ill afford as I have high blood pressure and type two diabetes.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
