Not sure as to calories over the weekend. Ate a Clif Bar Chocolate Chip Peanut thing yesterday, along with left-over soup, two rice cakes with a lot of peanut butter, and whatever Sudanese food we had for lunch: kisra, which may be a combination of wheat (durham?) and corn flour, moulah [spinach, "the green stuff", this was more the day before], oudi (sp?) [lentils], banyam (sp?) [okra], and fool [fava beans]. Need to get a pressure cooker.
