Happy Dance!! I did it 1.4 lb loss this week even after baking 16 batches of Christmas cookies this week :))) It was so much fun making the cookies, I really enjoy baking for others. I was so afraid that it would sabotage my health goals but with the help of FS and my buddies I was able to still enjoy my traditional Christmas baking. I really didn't want to have to give that part of Christmas up...

Yayyyy!!!!!! So happy for your loss! 1.4 is really healthy yet remarkable to lose in a week! And you baked what? How could you be so strong in your will power not to eat them?! I don't bake any this year cuz I don't really trust myself... I baked lots of cookies a couple of months ago for my family and I ate lots of them. So, not for this Christmas. People those who receive your cookies are lucky.. So happy for you, Cynthia! Have a happy Tuesday!
