I was going to wait until Wednesday, but I think I am going to commit starting tomorrow to NO SUGAR. Not in anything-and no chemical fake versions of sugar. I went with out sugar a few years ago for 3 weeks straight and felt AWESOME!!! I had to check everything, label reading became a regular thing in my life. Sugar causes you to be addicted to something-and sugar is in everything; bread, chips, sauces and seemingly healthy items. No thanks! I'll get my sugar from yummy fruits-no banana never made someone fat!
