Ok... Well this weigh isn't as bad as it would have been a few days ago (which was 180!!)... but it's still a whole bunch of steps in the wrong direction. Silly holiday wintery season with delicious awful food everywhere! I'm aware that I will binge like a mad woman on Christmas Eve/Christmas.. so I need to spend the next two weeks making sure I shed these extra pounds so I'm bingeing from a lower starting point. Then, once past Christmas and New Years, it's back to trying to make some goals really happen!
