Well, these numbers looked perfect to me. Gained a pound.
Here are some of the tricks I tried in November : really low carb (except for yesterday, all that talk about thyroid problems with lower carb got me scared), lower cal, lower protein. Results : nada.
Could it be the decaf???? I drank it once in a while, but now it's every day. Will give that a shot this week.
