Finding it really hard to keep my calories steady during this cold snap. I seem to be loading up (2300 cals) and then undereating the next day or so and then loading up again. I don't know if this is just my body trying to make up for the cold, but it is really strange. Truth is I probably ate like this every winter but didn't see the pattern because I wasnt logging it.
