Good day today in terms of food. I planned to go back to phase 1 of SB diet today, and I did that most of the way. My one compromise was having whole wheat tortillas with dinner tonight. I need to get my standard extra side dishes set and in the fridge so that no matter what everyone else is having for dinner I can just do the meat, veggie, and one of my own sides. Overall, though, a good day. I don't feel the cravings and the moments of real exhaustion that I had the first time on phase 1, which is good. Sometimes I would just get so wiped out! Today I feel good. Did some bike riding and core exercises, and also some playing with the kids on the playground. So, overall I'd call it a success.

Great job getting back on track. Phase one is hard for those of us who have grown accustomed to phase two/three. It really helps get rid of the cravings though! Keep it up and you'll be right back on phase three soon.
