I have this image of what kind of person I want to be. I want to be a health nut. I want to have will power to say no. I want to enjoy and look forward to exercise. I want to have a "no Excuses" attitude. I want to pray and praise instead of eat when I am stressed... I AM SO THE OPPOSITE THOUGH.
I know it's about breaking old habits & starting new ones.
For start, I am saying no to sweets & soda! Drinking water, & hoping it'll curb my appetite. Making a meal schedule, and sticking to it. Keeping healthy portioned snacks on hand. Staying away from "carb-o-licious" snacks & eating fresh fruits & veggies. Getting up early to exercise. (It'll be hard in the beginning, but I am confident that the exercise will give me more energy & in turn, make it easier over time. No eating after 8. I end up binging on high calorie & high fat snacks. Staying away from resturant food & cooking at home.
I want to pass on the good habits to Luke & Jeremiah. Pastor Michael said, "Everything you do in moderation, your kids will do in excess." Need to keep that in mind. :)
