Ok I can not wait to get back to work and a schedule. I want to loose 30 lbs by spring but after a week like I have had i will probably gain 30 more by spring.
Saw a show last night on TLC about an Obese Mom, whodied after gastric surgery.....looking as her has scared the *&^$ out of me,,,maybe that is what I need!!!
I have the chance to back on Miridia again....that helped before, and maybe this time for me it will be very successcul!
