Snowing today so me and the kids are home, hubby came home early. Finished the cake bites and fudge. I have 3 more days of baking to go. Again no tasting, not even an itty bitty bite :) Yippee I am so proud of myself. The kids are loving all the samples they are getting and being able to tell me if something needs more or less LOL
Exercise: None Vitamins: No Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. No bad reaction to the Prosacea. I will try it again tonight, there seems to be a slight fading of the red blotches :)Hum had a couple spots develop this evening, all I can think of is maybe navy beans or chipotle since I had that for breakfast
