Today serves as day 8 on Mary's Mini diet - with Potato as my starch. Saturday and Sunday did not go 💯. Saturday I was exposed to bread, cheese, butter - my ultimate triggers. So I had about 3 slices of bread with cheese, cheese spread, 1 egg, butter. The positive side is...The egg filled me and I turned back to mashed potatoes and veggies at dinner. I also dug into a bag of sugar sweets. Sunday I didn't eat and in the afternoon my blood-glucose dropped so I had popcorn with a shit ton of salt. After dinner, it dropped again, and I ate about 4 mini bananas, 250ml of juice, 1 Tex chocolate, handful of cashew nuts. Intense cravings! When I woke up this morning, I had a migraine and took meds. I fell asleep again and felt so weak - I cancelled my gym session. :( I really didn't feel like gyming, I feel like hiding in my bed all day. But it's summer outside, beautiful day and the world carries on. I ate a bran rusk just to get the fuck up and start my day. It was delicious, but unnecessary calories. Anyhow, I'm changing this day around and eating good nutritious food. It's the only thing I can do to stay consistent and according to plan, so that I can reach my goals.
