I've had a pretty good couple of days. Yesterday my big victory was not letting myself talk myself out of exercising ... if that makes any sense. I had planned to leave the office by 11:30 so I could get a good workout in before I had to be home for kid duty at 1. (My husband and I are splitting our work/home days up this week since kids are out of school and our work schedules are flexible.) But, I worked until about 12:15 so almost didn't go exercise... even though the gym is on campus, near where I parked and I'd brought in my workout clothes. I figured, though, that 20 mins on the rowing machine was better than no real exercise so I rushed in and did that, then did my streching and cool downs at home later. Yay!
Today I got in about 35-40 minute of brisk walking, which is also good. I've been careful about food, but not as strict as I meant to be. That changes tomorrow, though, as I begin the bootcamp. I'd really like to get these last 10 pounds off and tone up. Although I've had a lot of success over the past year and a half, I still have a bit more to do. :)
