Well I came back from christmas vacation at my mom's and no weight gain!!! Which is really amazing since I ate cookies and fudge like I would never get another chance again. It also seemed like we were always eating (lunch or dinner or cookies ). The only thing I can think of that saved me is the fact that I drank water like a mad man. When I got home I went to the gym and ran 2 1/2 miles yesterday and 2.65 today so I am very happy with myself :)
