I ate way under my RDI yesterday without even trying, i love it when that happens!

my weight is up to 141, i'm kinda bummed about it, this number is going to be the death of me. Ugh, i just need to find the motivation to do what needs to be done and stick with it. I have no problem staying focused monday thru friday, but the weekend hits and it all goes out the window.

Its nearing the end of the year, and at the beginning of this year i weighed 152 lbs. So that means I lost a little over 10 lbs in an entire year. Thats less than a pound a month. I'm trying really hard to be positive about the weight that i DID lose... but its hard. There are many ppl on this site who started at my same weight and by passed me months ago. I dont understand why this is so hard for me.

I guess a main component is that i refuse to make myself feel deprived. I hate that defeated depressed feeling when everyone else is eatng pizza and you are munching on celery sticks. If i want the pizza that bad, i'm going to eat it. Depriving myself puts me in a shitty mood.

I guess my silver lining is that i very well could have GAINED 10 lbs over the year, I'd rather only lose 10 than gain an entire 10 lbs.
