Went running/walking this morning at 6am... yes 6 freaking am in the morning! BUT... it was 2.7 miles and I burned 278 calories YAY!!! I hope I can make it to 14 this week!!!

150.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
