This is it...can't take it anymore! I have had it with being overweight....this will be my third attempt at losing weight with South Beach. I don't fault the diet as a failure but my lack of will power to say no. I am determined to be down to 125 by the time I leave to go visit family the beginning of August 2009.
Getting through Day 1...has been hard so far due to I skipped breakfast to go grocery shopping and I went shopping on a whim because I can't find my SB book. Getting hungry at 3pm smelling my stuffed peppers in the crockpot...yummy!
No exercise today :(
