Much better. Some of the water weight gone plus a proper BM finally. Worked at the Salvation Army Christmas Kettles again yesterday afternoon. Slow donations though. Too cold for most people to be out. Minus 34 celcius again today. Did my exercises inside and going to go shopping later so get some mall walking in.
