ok so yesterday i did pretty good. I should of had a regular dinner instead of the sugar cookies. i have to figure out more low point foods and still work on drinking more water i had diet soda yesterday but i think the aspartame is really bad and keeps me bloated. i need to keep consistant with exercise and not let one day go by without at least an hour of walking. I just have to continue on and not let this holiday weight gain bug me out. maybe i will get this 5 pounds off and maybe i won't so fast. we shall see.

You're right about the diet soda, it does cause bloating and is said to cause stalls to weight loss. The walking consistently is a great idea and will definitely help you lose, good luck!

yes on the diet soda!! glad tomorrows challenge of NO POP starts! I am IN ON THAT!!! I might just shed some pounds finally in 09!!! well,would that be a miracle for me,hahahahaha.OH MAN!!! Holidays be GONE!
