Last week of school somehow obliterated my ability to record what I was eating. One day, I hardly ate anything, and the day after I ate probably 10 half dollar sized cookies and a bunch of reeses pb cups. Sooo... trying to re-focus today. Like a lot of people, I'm sure, I struggle around the holidays. For example, tonite is a holiday party.. so I know there will be baked goods and all sorts of amazing foods. So, my pre-party planning strategy involves selecting 1 or 2 things (my friend is a baker, so there will be soo many things there) to sample from, and have small portions. I'll have my phone there to record to try to keep me in check!
