Still minus 29 celcius for an entire week. Wind chill makes it -41! I just cant get motivated to move off my couch in front of the fireplace except to go to work. It is really impacting my weight and I am seeing it on the scale. 5lb gain in a week. Every day I start out with good intentions, but by the end of the day I look at my FS and see that I have gone off track AGAIN.
I started today with 7 minutes of basic stretching, and am hoping to keep moving throughout the day, running the stairs in the building, etc., but we will see if I actually accomplish these goals. I am so sluggish right now.
