well i haven't eaten much today i have been to cold ! this is the first cold spell of this fall. i am getting back on track i am going to fallow a diet in my own way some what to what i was doing but i can't be as restricted i just cant afford it .. It cost so much it eat only veggies and meat and i have a big family to feed but i will do my best to stay as fresh as i can...
