After all of these years I can't believe I never really checked out oats! Adding it into my diet in place of eggs is amazing. Not only does it give me more fiber, less fat and just enough protein in the morning, it's way cheaper: I'm not using bread slices or eggs. I think I'll stick to oats from now on.

I'm now back to pre-Halloween weight, I think. I haven't weighed in yet on the Sansum scale (all weight entries were taken from their scale) but Loren's is showing me under 150, at least at this moment. Who knows about water weight and anything else I may pick up during the day, plus I have to maintain this weight for a bit and stabilize.
