After eating ground turkey, lamb & pork all week, I was completely satisfied with tonight’s dinner: filet mignon, riced cauliflower & dessert 😲

Dessert was 2T yogurt with 1/4c blues berries.

I rarely eat fruit, aside from my daily lemon water 😉
