Now I am REALLY mad at myself. I was doing so well! I was back at karate, eating better... I was losing weight again! but no. I get injured 6 weeks ago, and I'm STILL in a sling. The pain meds I am on are narcotics, so I can't stand when I am on them (the vertigo it gives me is knarly) and it's a fine line of not taking them due to the need to drive and being in close to crying amounts of pain, and then being a sloth. This. Blows.
