Challenge - slept for 4 hours only - 11 to 3. Today is not going to be a good day. Started with mindlessly munching my breakfast and going for carbs and crunchy almonds instead of my staple eggs. Feel tired already :(

Update - it was not that bad after all. Did not go to the gym though as planned earlier. It was raining heavily all day and I was planning on checking the Zumba class and seeing if I can join it. I needed some endorphines to compensate for lack of sunshine.
