Started out the Saturday good with a nice walk of 40 minutes. I made my goal of walking Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. Friday I had a very bad headache all day and so I slept most of the day that is okay those days happen. I kept a food journal for three days and found it very difficult to do but practice I will do. I just got to keep trying. I am not about to give in and just say I can't do this. I can't my health both physical and mental needs the boost of a healthy living to feel better and I know it. Susie
