Here we go again, I become even more sedentary over the last 6 months. Instead of blaming my knees, I am just more interested in sitting at my computer and either doing family history research, web page building or anything that keeps my brain active. In the meantime, I am killing myself.
I have to change this, so I have entered an 8 weeks challenge to lose 30 pounds. Bike tires are pumped up, wine will be consumed with less vigor. Falstaff is leaving the building.
