Well I didn't want to go to the gym tonight. I was all comfy sitting on the couch reading a book and then I remember that I needed to pick up a christmas gift for a co-worker and since I had to be out I decided to stop at the gym after shopping. That is two times this week I have talked myself into working out instead of out of working out :)
