Getting my swagger back. I worked out last night for the first time in a long time and it was incredible. It only took me about an hour and a half. I was making excuses in my head that I didn't have time because of my promotion at work I'm working longer hours plus I'm pursuing my MBA...no time. But you know what? My body deserves 1.5 hours of my day to keep it in optimal health. Here's to giving our bodies what they deserve!

Hello Melmi Thank you for posting. God bless you. As a woman who loves the Lord I too have decided that my body is not representative of being the temple of the most high God. I have been addicted to over eating as a coping mechanism for as long as I can remember and now yield my will to God's power and surrender to the process of letting the potter make me over again. Melmi, I would like very much to partner with another believer. I'll check in with you from time to time and when you have time holla back.
