Second day of low-carb, intentional this time, and high-fat. Ketostix tested moderate in the morning, and 'large' when dehydrated. Haven't felt "hungry" all day, I've just been eating because I know I need to. Got distracted by work and accidentally went to 9PM on 50% RDI, which is insane. If I weren't tracking everything, my impulse would have been to go straight to bed, because I only felt tired, not "hungry" in any traditional sense. This is a curious state.
