Happy October!
I cant believe it's October already.
I know as it gets colder it's going to get harder for me to motivate myself to keep moving. I see it already. I am struggling to get out of my warm bed every morning. The lack of sunlight in the AM doesnt help either. My brain still thinks it's night time and wants to throw the covers over my head.
Now I'm slowly trying to get past my mini-goal of 133. My body is resisting and making me fluctuate up a pound or two. Too bad it's never a down 😐 I know part of it is from the night time snacking. But for some reason now that it's darker out, I'm hungrier at night. I think I'm going to adjust my eating times.. maybe having lunch later around 3pm. 🤞that it works.
