My employer offers a "discount" on our health insurance if we submit to blood testing (I think a lot of employers do this now), and my results came back as pretty good across the board. My total cholesterol is a little high (200 is the start of "borderline concern" and I'm at 207).
While I know that BMI is not a great way to measure health, this is the first time ever that I can recall FINALLY falling into the "normal" category.
While I'm thrilled about the drop this week, I'm also trying to be cautiously optimistic about it, as I was expecting an increase due to TOM.
Happy Friday y'all!
