Doesn't eating vegetables and fruits make you gassy? What can you do to eat right and avoid that?

Increase your intake slowly, to give your body time to get use to more fiber.

Yes, I've heard that. I've been eating salads once a day for at least six months. Shouldn't I be used to it by now?

Any time you increase fiber intake, you may have a problem till your stomach gets used to it. But honestly, foods have different effects on different people. Tuna, Broccoli, and some other foods give me pains, lol. I have a sensitive stomach and too much fiber at once can cause me problems. I guess you will have to find a balance that works for you.
